1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Move Mofos Fighting Fit mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Move Mofos Fighting Fit is a coaching app for members of the FightingFit program, providing:

  • Prescribed workout tracking with live heart-rate monitoring.
  • Recovery and readiness (HRV) tracking and body-weight trends.
  • Mental performance tools — daily check-ins, vision, goals and breathing.
  • Nutrition logging with macro targets.
  • Messaging with your coach.

3. Accounts

  • Access requires an account provided through the FightingFit coaching program.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • Notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully, provide accurate health information, consult a healthcare professional before starting any program, and not share credentials, reverse-engineer the app, or harass other users or coaches.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: please read carefully.

  • The Service provides fitness and training tools and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially with pre-existing conditions.
  • Exercise carries inherent risks, including injury; you assume responsibility for risks arising from your use of the Service.
  • Heart-rate, HRV and recovery metrics are informational only and must not be used for medical diagnosis.

6. Coach–Athlete Relationships

Coaches are independent professionals. We do not employ coaches and are not responsible for the advice or programs they provide; disputes should be resolved directly between the parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Move Mofos. You retain ownership of content you create (logs, notes, messages) and grant us a licence to use it to provide the Service.

8. Payments

The app contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Access to Move Mofos Fighting Fit is provided as part of your FightingFit coaching arrangement, managed separately from the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for any injury or health issue arising from following programs or using the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and you may request deletion of your data.

11. Governing Law & Contact
